Terms and Conditions

The rules for using the CIDIF.TECH platform.

Last updated: August 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of CIDIF.TECH. By creating an account or using the platform you accept what follows. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

1. Who provides the service

CIDIF.TECH is operated by FORCAST Desarrollo Tecnológico, located at Cerro Colorado #5858, Office 202, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile. You can reach us at contacto@cidif.tech.

2. What the platform is and is not

CIDIF.TECH is a software tool that helps you find funding calls, organise your project information and draft your applications with the support of artificial intelligence.

It matters that the following is clear. The platform is not:

  • Legal, accounting or tax advice.
  • An official channel of any public or private funding agency. Submitting your application to the relevant institution is your responsibility, within the deadlines and through the channels that institution defines.
  • A guarantee that any fund will be awarded, or that your application will be deemed admissible.

Information about calls, deadlines and amounts comes from public sources and is refreshed periodically, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Always check the fund's official terms before applying.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register and for the activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you detect unauthorised use.

You can close your account at any time by writing to contacto@cidif.tech.

4. Acceptable use

When using the platform you agree not to:

  • Enter false information in an application or use the platform to obtain funding fraudulently.
  • Upload content you do not hold rights to, or third-party personal data you have no basis to process.
  • Attempt to access accounts, projects or data that are not yours.
  • Bulk-extract the catalogue of funding calls by automated means, or resell it.
  • Interfere with the operation of the service or circumvent its technical limits.

5. Your content

Everything you upload — your company details, project descriptions, documents and application text — remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service.

The software, the design and the structured catalogue of funding calls belong to CIDIF.TECH and do not transfer with your subscription.

6. AI assistant

The platform uses third-party AI models to suggest text, score drafts against each fund's rubric and flag gaps.

The output is a draft. It may contain inaccuracies, wrong figures or claims that do not hold up. You must review and correct everything before submitting: the content you send to an institution is yours, and you answer for it.

We do not use your project content to train our own models or those of third parties.

7. Plans and payment

Current plans, their prices and what each one includes are published on the pricing page and form part of these terms.

Subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled beforehand. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store your card details. If we change prices we will tell you in advance and the change will apply from your next renewal.

8. CIDIF team services

Beyond the platform, the CIDIF team can formulate, execute or defend an application alongside you. That is a separate professional service: it is agreed case by case through its own proposal and contract, and is not included in any subscription.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform available, but we do not offer a guaranteed service level: there may be interruptions due to maintenance, faults or causes beyond our control.

We may add, change or discontinue features. If a change materially affects what you subscribed to, we will let you know.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, particularly in cases of fraud or risk to other users. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.

When the relationship ends you may request a copy of your data within the following 30 days; after that we may delete it.

11. Liability

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for an application being rejected, for deadlines you let lapse, for decisions made on the basis of catalogue information, or for lost profits or indirect damages.

None of the above limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any rights the law grants you as a consumer.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Chilean law. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago de Chile, without prejudice to the rights consumers hold under Law 19.496.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date, and if the change is material we will notify you by email. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept them.

15. Contact
