Phase II: 1-2026 Crea y Valida

Objectives

Support the development of new or improved products (goods or services) and/or processes requiring R&D, from the prototype phase through technical validation at production scale and/or commercial validation, strengthening the company's innovation capacities.

Requirements

• Legal entities incorporated in Chile.
• At least 24 months must have elapsed since the start of activities in a first-category business line, according to Article 20 of the Income Tax Law, and this business line must be current.
• Demonstrate sales revenue within the 24 months prior to application.

Amounts

InnovaChile co-finances with the following caps:

• Up to $180.000.000 for individual projects.
• Up to $220.000.000 for collaborative projects.

The co-financing percentage of the total project cost depends on the beneficiary's sales revenue:

• Micro and small enterprise (sales up to 25.000 UF per year): up to 80%.
• Medium-sized enterprise (sales over 25.000 UF and up to 100.000 UF per year): up to 60%.
• Large enterprise (sales over 100.000 UF per year): up to 40%.

An additional 10% co-financing is granted for women-led companies, and benefits for SMEs with the Sello 40 horas.

Deadlines

There are currently no open calls. The "CREA Y VALIDA 2026" call (application from 19 May 2026 to 4 August 2026) is closed; results are expected to be announced on 27 November 2026.
